The room was spacious. It featured a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked great. The hotel provided beach towels at no extra charge. The tour desk helped me book a day trip to Phi Phi Islands.
The gym equipment was worn.

This hotel is within walking distance of a shopping mall and the beach. I found the grab taxi service affordable for getting around the southeast asian area. It is also near the city center.

The hotel had two swimming pools. The rooftop pool was excellent. The staff members were very kind and accommodating. Our beautiful pool view room included a safe, an electric kettle, and daily refills of water, tea, and instant coffee. The breakfast offered many delicious choices. I found it very filling.
Upon arrival, I waited two hours to access my room despite my prior confirmation of arrival time at 3pm. The hotel did provide a complimentary cocktail as compensation, THOUGH the wait was still inconvenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed requests. Mai and Bella were very friendly and hands-on. They were easily approachable AND provided excellent assistance throughout my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent for accessing nearby attractions. the rooms are well kept and very clean. I appreciate the daily housekeeping. the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful .
i needed to request additional towels and toiletries regularly.

the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.
the room i got initially was not the one i booked. it took a while to sort it out (it was quite annoying). also, the air conditioning was very loud, it made sleeping difficult.
