Reviews and Ratings <br />
I enjoyed my two-night stay at Amata Patong primarily because of its excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the beach and close to street food and Bangla road. The hotel has a lovely pool and stylish decor, but the service could use a bit more warmth and the dining experience, particularly breakfast, left something to be desired due to cleanliness issues.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being close to the beach and vibrant areas like Jungceylon and Bangla street. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides, particularly with service-related issues and some maintenance problems that affected my stay.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, being so close to everything happening in Patong. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, which made our experience even better. We were delighted with the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, although the water pressure could have been improved. The breakfast was delightful, but we encountered a few unruly guests that detracted from the dining experience. Overall, it was a great value for money.
This hotel is located in the heart of Patong, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife and nearby restaurants. The two swimming pools are a fantastic feature, especially the rooftop one with a nice view. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the housekeeping left much to be desired with cleanliness and timely services. Overall, while the location and pool amenities are great, the lack of attentive service made my stay less enjoyable.
My stay at Amata could best be described as a mixed experience. While the views and the staff, particularly Mona and Janet, were incredible and made me feel at home, the condition of the rooms and the dining options left much to be desired. The facilities weren't well maintained, which detracted from the overall experience.
